I've used Tyreshopper several times now and always found It convenient plus I save money on the price of my new tyres. Which is a win win for me?

All went smoothly in completing the order online, but when entering my telephone number which Ive had for 20 years, it wouldn't accept it! Very frustrating!
I tried phoning the helpline and I was listening to this awful female voice for 20 minutes, telling me my call would be answered! Grrr

Used this service to arrange a new tyre, was due to be fitted at National Tyre Centre in Reading, needed to reschedule and it is the worst experience ever 14 calls and no resolution!

This was a fairly painless way to spend a significant amount of money but having said that I saved over £80 to put 4 new tyes on my Volvo V40. Site navigation was straightforward and it remains to be seen how efficient the actual fitting service will be.

This must be the worst experience l have had purchasing two tyres online. The online buying is easy but the fitting is appalling. My tyre fitting booking was cancelled by email after l had taken the time off work to have tyres fitted. l have to make another booking taking more time off work. Will be going elsewhere when purchasing tyres again.
